Of course it's bound to happen on occasions when deadlines need to be met or a big project is due. Here's how you can prevent it from becoming a long-term habit. The added benefit of getting more sleep? You'll have more energy and be more productive during the hours you are awake and working.

  1. Only drink caffeine in the morning.
  2. Avoid mobile devices at night.
  3. Wake up at a consistent time.
  4. Avoid using sedatives.
  5. Take a nap.
