When starting a new company, understanding and being able to explain your unique selling proposition will help in your journey towards success. Additionally, it will help grow your sales. Here's 3 things you should do:

  1. Put yourself in your customer's shoes. Remember, you need to satisfy the needs of your customers (not your own) to be successful.
  2. Know what motivates your customers. Understanding their behavior and buying decisions will allow you to better serve your customers.
  3. Understand why customers buy your products instead of a competitor's. Ask your customers why they buy you over a competitor.
