Job Description

A Research Analyst will be expected to:
  • Support Vennli’s end to end Study Process for client engagements working directly with Research Managers and Senior Analysts to support clients’ business growth. 
  • Use Vennli’s research methodology to support the collection and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data. Aid in the interpretation of results to help find valuable insights.   
  • Turn insights into compelling visualizations that will support Vennli’s actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Be passionate about learning and develop personal skills with both guided training as well as a dedication to self-education.
  • Successfully balance work for multiple projects under the guidance of a Senior Analyst.

Key Outcomes

  • Provide ad-hoc project support to the Research Manager & Senior Research Analyst.
  • Utilize Research Briefs to create & program market research surveys, perform quality checks, & ensure great survey flow.
  • Provide fielding support through email list management & panel vendor partners and perform data quality assurance.
  • Create intelligent data segmentations based on guidance and discovery.
  • Create internal Insights deliverables likely via chart creation and slide design to align with the Research Brief.
  • Manage content and data entry for client success stories and blinded reports.
  • Keep thorough research & engagement notes in Vennli’s CRM system.
  • Support the Vennli mission & vision through growth & change.


  • BA/BS degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years research experience in a business or academic setting
  • Knowledge of quantitative & qualitative analysis techniques and research methods
  • Tech savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel, Google Apps Suite, and an ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, R, or STATA.
  • Familiarity with market research survey techniques & current trends
  • Dedication to ethics, data quality, and integrity
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
  • Eye for design and visual balance
  • Experience with use of customer relationship management databases such as and HubSpot
  • Proficient prioritization skills, with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player with supportive, get-things-done attitude
  • Takes initiative to accomplish tasks on tight deadlines
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
